Small Giants Community Summit

After a couple of years of showering my team with tangible gifts of appreciation to keep morale going, I came across a quote that challenged her assumptions: “Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity.”

Now, I’m on a quest to be generous with my attention instead of gifts—and I’m looking to apply this concept across her professional life. I break down some best practices from Atomic Object and guide the executives in engaging exercises.
