I’m Atomic Object’s Director of Marketing, which means I think a lot about how to create change. I work with my team to discover what is, consider what could be, and traverse the gap.
My software developer and designer colleagues apply this same framework to their craft, and we’re getting noticed for it. Forbes named us one of the world’s best small businesses, Clutch says we’re a top-3 software consultancy on Earth, we became a Certified B Corporation, and we’ve convened 80 people who give a shit around our company (I mean “our” literally, as a proud employee-owner).
With my newly-minted MBA, I want to elevate the craft of marketing by adhering to our values and staying ruthlessly curious.
